Justin Wadstein is the fourth-best pizza thrower in the world, and you can see him most nights at Kianti's restaurant in downtown Santa Cruz. The Pacific Avenue pizza, pasta and wine bar also has good pizza, especially good calzone and moderate prices to match its family atmosphere. Last week, a heated patio hitched on to Kianti's many virtues.
